Bergamot Foaming Body Wash Recipe - Be Calm & Lovely

Bergamot Foaming Body Wash Recipe - Be Calm & Lovely

"Throw kindness around like confetti"

I love the image this saying brings to my mind... but some days I feel down and not really in a confetti throwing mood if you know what I mean.

Essential oils can help uplift emotions, especially the lovely bergamot essential oil.

A shower and some bergamot foaming body wash can really make a difference. I may not be ready to throw confetti once I get out of the shower, but I am always in better spirits.

This recipe has an amazing blend of essential oils that are oh-so-calming and encouraging. The "Be Calm & Lovely"  blend includes Bergamot, Lavender & Coriander.

Bergamot Foaming Body Wash Recipe

Directions

Step 1: Gather ingredients

Step 2: Add castile soap to foaming bottle

Step 3: Add vitamin E oil & fractionated coconut oil

Step 4: Add in essential oils and blend together with glass stir rod

Step 5: Fill bottle with water, leaving space at top

Step 6: Place top on and shake gently. All done!

The foaming bottle lets out luxurious foam soap that is not only wonderful to use, but also cost effective because it produces lots of soap from 1/2 tablespoon of castile soap.

I like the mini foaming bottles because they are easy to handle in the shower and it lasts about 1-2 weeks so I can always keep my foaming body wash fresh. Place the bottle in the shower or take this mini foaming bottle with you when traveling.
