I am not a morning person, in fact I am the opposite, a night owl. Here is a great get up and get going "Good Morning" blend to try in your diffuser. The citrus oils will make your mornings happier and the peppermint with help you wake up and focus on the day you have ahead of you.
You will need 2 drops of peppermint, 2 drops of lime and 2 drops of orange essential oil. Place in you diffuser along with the recommend water amount your diffuser requires.
