  • 10 ml Roller Bottle

Directions: Add the drops of essential oils to 10 ml roller bottle, fill rest of bottle with carrier oil of choice, like fractionated coconut oil or jojoba oil. Place roller insert and cap on, shake well to blend. Roll onto skin as desired, like wrists, arms, neck, chest, feet, etc. 5% dilution.

Frankincense Orange Sandalwood Inhaler Blend

  • 5 drops Frankincense essential oil
  • 5 drops Orange essential oil
  • 4 drops Sandalwood essential oil
  • Aromatherapy Inhaler

Directions: Add drops onto the cotton wick, place wick into the inhaler and put on end cap. Bring the open inhaler under your nose and take a deep breath, repeat as needed. Replace lid between uses to preserve the aroma. If making a Kid's inhaler, cut essential oils in half.
