    Pick one of the recipes above, either inhaler or diffuser blend. For diffuser blends, add drops to aromatherapy diffuser with water amount recommended by diffuser manufacture. Turn on and enjoy your aromatherapy session!

    For inhaler recipes, add drops onto cotton wick, then insert cotton wick into inhaler and put on end cap. Place open inhaler under nose and take a deep breath. Repeat as needed. Replace lid between uses to preserve aroma.
