Here are 6 reasons why I love to diffuse peppermint oil in my home.
1. Opens Up Breathing
When taking a deep breath isn't happening easy, peppermint oil can be your friend. This wonderfully minty oil can open breathing while reducing inflammation and congestion. Menthol and menthone are two chemical components present in peppermint, they have decongestant and mucolytic (thins mucus) actions.

- 3 drops Eucalyptus
- 3 drops Peppermint
- 2 drops Lime
- 1 drop Tea Tree
2. Sharpens Mental Focus
Has your brain ever been a little foggy when it was imperative to stay present and focused? Peppermint oil may be the natural solution you need! It is a CNS stimulant, it can increases alertness and concentration.
