Tea Tree Oil Foot Soak Recipe with Epsom Salt

Tea Tree Oil Foot Soak Recipe with Epsom Salt

Tea tree essential oil is a powerful antiseptic known for its effectiveness against bacteria and fungi that can lead to infection. This tea tree oil foot soak recipe will not only fight these foes but it also has strong deodorizing action that can combat stinky feet odors.

Foot soaks are a fabulous way to soothe and refresh tired feet. Epsom salt is used in this recipe. It can help relax muscles, reduce stress level, and soften the skin.

Tea Tree essential oil (Melaleuca Alternifolia) has a distinctive medicinal aroma and powerful therapeutic properties, yet it is gentle enough to cleanse the skin.

It is perfect for daily skin care use and natural cleaning recipes. Here are some other benefits of tea tree oil:

  • Builds confidence
  • Offers respiratory support

I like to follow up with tea tree oil foot gel blend.

Tea Tree Foot Gel

  • 1 tablespoon Aloe Vera Gel
  • 1 drop Tea tree oil
  • 1 drop Lavender oil

Blend in small bowl or palm of hand and rub on clean feet. Allow to air dry. This blend keeps feet hydrated without any oily residue. It also keeps feet fresh and healthy. Enjoy!
