Add one of the recipes below to your diffuser with the recommended amount of water. I like to use a diffuser with a 100 to 200 ml water tank, but you can use whatever size you prefer.

How long should I diffuse essential oils?

Is it safe to diffuse essential oils around pets?
Diffuse in a well-ventilated room and leave a door open so pets can leave if they want to. Take extra care with cats and birds, which are more sensitive to oils like tea tree, eucalyptus, peppermint and citrus. Never put essential oils directly on pets, and ask your vet if you have concerns.
What about kids?
