How To Make Essential Oil Sprays For Fall

Don't let the cold weather deter you from enjoying your home. Use this simple recipe to create a room spray that will keep you feeling cozy and refreshed during the fall season.

 Fall Essential Oil Room Sprays

  • 2 oz Glass Spray Bottle
  • 10-20 drops Essential Oils of choice
  • Distilled or filtered water
  • 1 tablespoon grain alcohol (as preservative)
Directions: Add essential oils from the fall recipe blend you choose below into the bottle with grain alcohol and gently swirl. Fill the rest of the bottle with water, add spray top and shake well. Dry bottle and label your spray. Shake well before each use.

Tip: It is best to let your spray "marinate" for about a day so the scents have time to mingle. Be sure to shake spray before using each time.

Distilled or filtered water is preferred to keep the integrity of your spray mixture pure (impurities in tap water could alter your spray).
