While we are recommending essential oil recipes for your diffuser, a single aromatherapy oil can work just as well. My favorite essential oils to diffuse by themselves are grapefruit, lavender, or peppermint.

Pick the oil recipe you want to use from the list below. Then add 3 to 4 drops of each oil to the recommended water amount for your diffuser.
For example, if you want to use the sleep blend, use 3 drops of lavender and 3 drops of cedarwood. Then just turn on to mist aromatherapy blend and fall asleep fast.
