It's called Dreamtime, and it is a dream (no pun intended). It is the perfect blend to help you relax in bed and drift off to dreamland.

Dreamtime combines the sleep-enhancing powers of Sandalwood, Jasmine, Patchouli, and other pure essential oils to help you let go of daily stressors and calm your emotions.

Not only can this help you fall asleep faster, but it can also help you stay asleep and experience more lucid, effective dreams. By falling asleep faster and staying asleep, you can give your mind and body the rest they need to function more properly when you are awake.

How to Use Dreamtime Essential Oil Blend

Massage into your temples, behind the ears, or on the back of the neck to ease your mind before bed.

Diffuse at night before going to bed to help relieve stressors so that your mind can sleep and focus on your dreams.

Add a couple of drops to your pillow or beneath your nose before bed to experience Dreamtime’s calming aroma.

Dreamtime Sleep Spray
  • 40 drops Dreamtime Blend
  • 4 ounces Distilled Water

Direction: Add all ingredients to a 4-ounce, fine mist spray bottle. Shake well before every use. Liberally spritz around the bedroom before going to bed. Best if used in a few week since it is a water based recipe no preservatives are present.

 

Dreamtime Bath
  • 2-3 drops Dreamtime
  • 2 teaspoons Fractionated Coconut Oil
  • 1 cup Sea Salts

Directions: Add the FCO and Dreamtime to the sea salts, and mix well. Add the sea salt mixture into a warm or hot bath, and allow the salts to dissolve. Soak for 20-30 minutes. Make sure to do a patch test on your skin of the diluted blend to ensure that you do not have a reaction before immersing yourself in the bath.
