Bathing is a great way to relax and unwind after a long day. Not only is it cheap, but it is also an easy way to pamper yourself. One way you can make bathing even more special and beneficial is by adding essential oil bath salt.
Bath salts can have a relaxing and stress relieving effect on your body. Salts can also help to detoxify the body and sooth muscle aches and pains.
Pink Himalayan salt is rich in minerals, making it one of the best salts to soak in. Soaking in it allows the body to absorb the minerals from the water (called dermal absorption).
