Essential Oils for Pumpkin Spice
There are several essential oils that can be combined to get the spicy aroma that is beloved during fall. Here are the most common ones:
Pumpkin Spice Essential Oil Blends
#1. Pumpkin Spice Diffuser Blend
- 4 drops Cardamom
- 2 drops Orange
- 1 drop Cinnamon Bark
- 1 drop Clove
- 1 drop Ginger
Add essential oils to diffuser with recommended water for your diffuser tank. I like to use a 100-200 ml water tank diffuser but you can use whatever size you prefer, here is my favorite.
#2. Spiced Pumpkin Latte Room Spray
- 3 drops Cardamom
- 3 drops Orange
- 2 drops Clove
- 2 drops Cinnamon Leaf
- 1 drop Nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon Grain Alcohol (like Everclear, optional)
- Distilled Water
- 1 oz Spray Bottle
Add essential oils and grain alcohol (for preservative), fill rest of bottle with distilled water. Place top on and shake to mix. Shake well before each use. If grain alcohol omitted, use spray up within a few weeks.
#3. Sweet Pumpkin Spice Diffuser Blend
- 3 drops Vanilla
- 1 drop Cardamom
- 1 drop Cinnamon Bark
- 1 drop Nutmeg
Add essential oils to diffuser with recommended water for your diffuser tank.
#4. Pumpkin Spice Inhaler
- 3 drops Cardamom
- 3 drops Orange
- 2 drops Clove
- 2 drops Cinnamon
- 1 drop Nutmeg
- Blank Inhaler
Add essential oils to cotton wick, insert into inhaler. To use, remove cap and take a inhale deeply.
#5. Pumpkin Spice Latte Inhaler
- 4 drops Coffee Essential Oil
- 3 drops Cinnamon Bark
- 2 drops Clove
- 2 drops Nutmeg
- 1 drop Allspice
- Blank Inhaler

- 3 drops Cinnamon Bark
- 2 drops Ginger
- 2 drops Allspice
